As a dedicated Mental Health Counsellor with more than two years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate stress, depression, loneliness, anger, and behavioural challenges. My certifications cover a wide range of areas, including mental health disorders, suicide ideation, job stress, and adolescent issues, allowing me to offer a holistic approach to therapy. I am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. In addition to my private practice, I am also working as a mental health counsellor with an initiative launched by the Government of India under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
