My role is to walk beside you as you unpack those weights and reconnect with what truly matters.I specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, self-harm, adolescent concerns, identity crises, burnout, relationship and workplace challenges, and feelings of inferiority.I view clients as rainbows, not roadblocks each with unique strengths and stories.
